Job description:
As a store manager, you are responsible for the smooth operation and performance of the Les Soeurs store under your supervision:
- You enjoy being busy making customers happy and making them feel welcome right away;
- You oversee the brand DNA in the store;
- You contribute to achieving set targets, budgets, and the overall performance of the store;
- You can think problematically: you handle issues in the store or customer complaints professionally and independently. The customer is king;
- You ensure meticulous monitoring of the stocks in the store;
- You set a good example for the supporting sales staff and further train them where necessary.
Your profile:
- You have experience in the (fashion) retail, preferably in a managerial position;
- You are friendly, responsible, and reliable;
- You are commercially minded and have a pronounced affinity with fashion;
- You are not intimidated by a managerial position;
- You are punctual, independent, orderly, and organized;
- You have a dynamic personality and a polished appearance;
- You are flexible and have a hands-on mentality;
- You are willing to work on weekends;
- You speak fluent Dutch, French is a plus.
