E-commerce Employee
Job Description
To support our e-commerce department at our headquarters, we are looking for a full-time employee. Are you driven, customer-oriented, and passionate about online sales? As an e-commerce employee, you will be responsible for:
- Keeping the product catalog up-to-date;
- Providing engaging and informative texts that appeal to customers;
- SEO optimization: integrating keywords into product descriptions, pages, and metadata to increase visibility;
- Adding banners and promotional visuals: uploading graphic elements for campaigns;
- Processing reviews and feedback: monitoring customer responses and taking action when necessary;
- Proactively thinking and contributing ideas to improve the webshop and purchasing process;
- Implementing new tools: researching and adding tools or integrations to enhance customer experience;
- Trend analysis: analyzing new market trends and responding to customer needs;
- Website maintenance: identifying minor issues in the webshop and reporting them to the IT department;
- Assisting with order processing during busy periods to ensure smooth operations.
Your Profile
- You have similar experience;
- You have a strong interest in fashion, e-commerce, customer contact, and logistics;
- You are a self-starter, resourceful, and not afraid to work in a dynamic environment;
- You are flexible, stress-resistant, and work in an orderly and punctual manner;
- You have excellent knowledge of Dutch and English. Knowledge of French is a plus;
- You have experience with e-commerce systems focused on webshop and logistics management;
- You have basic knowledge of SEO and online marketing;
- You are passionate about digital developments and online trends.
