Job Description:

As an assistant store manager, you are co-responsible for the smooth operation and results of the Les Soeurs store under your care:

• In this role, you play a key part in the daily management of the store. You work closely with the store manager to optimize sales results and provide customers with an extraordinary shopping experience with excellent service;
• You help maintain the brand DNA in the store;
• You contribute to achieving the set targets, budgets, and overall performance of the store;
• You can think problem-solving: problems in the store or customer complaints are handled professionally and independently by you. The customer is king;
• You guide the customer from the fitting room to the checkout. You offer your expertise in color and style advice to customers. With your positive energy, you ensure that the customer leaves the store happy, confident, and with a new purchase;
• You assist with processing deliveries and ensure accurate stock tracking in the store. You make sure that the store is always well-stocked and tidy;
• You set a good example for the support sales staff, motivate them, and provide further training when necessary. You thrive as part of a dynamic top team.

Your Profile:

• You have > 5 years of experience in (fashion) retail, preferably in a leadership role;
• You are friendly, responsible, and reliable;
• You are commercially minded and have a strong affinity with fashion;
• You are not intimidated by a leadership position;You are punctual, independent, orderly, and organized;
• You have a dynamic personality and a well-groomed appearance;
• You are flexible and have a hands-on mentality;
• You are willing to work weekends;
• You speak fluent Dutch; French is a plus.
